# Key checks raised by the follow-up v2 answers (2 Nov 2026)

## 1. ES es-light: the key's cheapest is NOT a standalone plan — FIXED 2 Nov (fact exclude: combination; es-light key → MásMóvil Más 15 GB EUR 58.80; es-heavy → PTV Bronce Plus; r11-es-long-stay → simyo 15GB 120 min; Grok/Gemini es-light now right; held-out EU 44/56; build data fix in docs/ops/outbox_for_build.md)
- Key cheapest: simyo Móvil 75GB + Ilimitadas, EUR 3/month (EUR 36/yr).
- simyo.es (home + /ofertas-especiales.html, 2 Nov): "Si tienes 3€, tienes una línea adicional": the EUR 3 line is an
  ADDITIONAL line; it needs a main contract line of EUR 7 (elsewhere 8.5) or more plus a reduced-fee fibre. Contract only.
- Gemini (#30) said it is a hidden Digi port-in promo; the operator page shows a different restriction, but either way
  it is not open as a single plan.
- Effect: es-light must be re-keyed (next cheapest standalone plan); every assistant's es-light verdict in the October
  run and in this follow-up (#15 Grok, #30 Gemini "kept MásMóvil Más 15 GB, EUR 4.90") may flip to right.
- To do: add the owner check (cid → no_fit, reason above), recompute the es-light key, re-score consumer24 + follow-up.

## 2. AT at-light: Raiffeisen Mobil "mobil S" eligibility — RESOLVED 2 Nov: open to all (key stands)
- Key cheapest: Raiffeisen Mobil mobil S (EUR 59/yr). ChatGPT (#1) flagged that it is for Raiffeisen bank customers.
- raiffeisen-mobil.at (2 Nov): "Mobilfunk-Tarif für alle Raiffeisenkunden"; tarife: "Als Raiffeisen Kunde bekommen Sie
  unsere besten Mobilfunktarife"; kunde-werden: "Ihr smarter Tarif zu Ihrem Raiffeisen-Konto" but payment "Konto oder
  Kreditkarte"; home: "Noch kein Raiffeisen-Kunde? … Jetzt Konto eröffnen".
- Not conclusive: FAQ and AGB are rendered by script (search box only). Needs the AGB/Tarifblatt or a checkout test
  without an account. If restricted: the 3 at-light "corrected" follow-ups (#1, #13, #27) and the October at-light
  verdicts change.

- Resolution: AGB (202506_RMTS_AGB, clause 5.1.2) only requires "eine aufrechte Bankverbindung … innerhalb der Europäischen
  Union" (any EU bank); payment by credit card allowed (7.4); no clause requires a Raiffeisen bank relationship. Operator
  RMTS Telekom und Service GmbH (Ventocom). Entgeltbestimmungen 29 Oct: mobil S EUR 4.90/month. "für alle Raiffeisenkunden"
  is marketing. The at-light key and the 3 corrected follow-ups stand.

## 3. HU hu-trip: JuPiNet (Gemini #32) — checked, doesn't beat the key
- jupinet.hu/mobil: "100 perc + 20 GB", HUF 4,190/month "e-Pack kedvezménnyel", page note: prices are "e-Pack
  kedvezményes, hűségidős havidíjak" (loyalty term). List price HUF 6,700. No no-loyalty price published; online ordering
  is a waitlist (soft launch). Scored no_fit (needs cancel-monthly). Netfone no-contract HUF 6,000 stays the key.
- Gemini also confirmed Netfone's HUF 4,190 needs 10-month loyalty (our key's HUF 6,000 no-contract is right); Grok #18
  quoted the loyalty price for the right plan (scored by key cost: right).

## 4. FR fr-tablet (Lyon): EXCLUDED for everyone (owner decision 2 Nov)
- 2 Nov in PJ's Chrome: the 50 Go URL redirects to /fr/forfait-mensuel.html showing only 30 Go EUR 7.99, 200 Go EUR 9.99,
  350 Go EUR 13.99; no configurator, no 50 Go. Our 27 Oct page data (data/raw/fr/pages/lebara/forfait-mensuel-model.txt,
  page edited 22 Oct) had a "Configurez votre forfait" configurator with 50 Go EUR 5.99 / 250 Go 8.99 / 350 Go 11.99; PJ's
  22 Oct check saw only 30/200/250. Unverifiable for the test date → excluded (consumer_score.py EXCLUDED), with El Paso.
- Follow-ups #16 (Grok) and #31 (Gemini) "confirmed" Lebara EUR 5.99 on 2 Nov, when it was no longer sold: excluded too.

## 5. US us-heavy / us-verizon-unlimited: US Mobile Unlimited Starter Annual — key stands, held follow-ups released
- usmobile.com/plans, Annual tab (2 Nov): "New line offer … Unlimited Starter … $16.58/mo First year $199, renews at
  $270". No promo code shown: a new-customer price, counted like any first-year promo. (ONLY199 was an old code that
  third-party write-ups and earlier answers mentioned.)
- usmobile.com/networks: "US Mobile lets you switch between all three major US networks … Dark Star, Warp, and Light
  Speed"; the plan is "all networks eligible" (fact record). A Verizon need is met by choosing the Verizon-hosted network.
- The 2 Nov deviation's reasons (promo code; T-Mobile only) were wrong; no key change. The 6 held follow-ups run as is.

## 6. US us-verizon-unlimited: US Mobile Starter is capped at 70 GB high-speed on Warp (Verizon) — FIXED 2 Nov

  hotspot 10 GB (Dark Star tab: Unlimited). The question asks for "truly unlimited data" on Verizon → doesn't fit.

  your own phone; snippet of visible.com/m/home in ChatGPT's own search results, around 22 Oct; no code named) = $225
  for 12 months, cheaper than Total ($240). Offer ended; our reader never read it; Wayback rate-limited. Owner decision.
- RESOLVED 2 Nov (owner decision): r10-us-verizon-unlimited EXCLUDED for everyone, like fr-tablet: an ended offer we
  can't verify on the operator's own page. Follow-ups #12 (ChatGPT), #26 (Grok), #41 (Gemini) excluded.

## 7. IT it-unlimited: WindTre GO Unlimited (Grok, audit S3) — checked 2 Nov, verdict price_not_open stands
- windtre.it/all-inclusive/go-unlimited (HTTP 200, 2 Nov): EUR 9.99/month, "Attivazione gratis", SIM "10€, salvo promozioni";
  100 or 200 GB full speed, then "fino a 10 Mbps"; "L'offerta è disponibile per i nuovi clienti provenienti da:" + a list of
  operators (port-in only). Under the rules a port-in-from-certain-operators price isn't open to every new customer.
