Terms of use
What Veritaset is. An independent reference of published consumer prices and conditions, compiled from operators' own public information and ranked by a public method. It is information, not advice, and not an offer to sell anything.
Accuracy. We work to keep every fact correct and dated, but prices and conditions change and errors are possible. All prices are indicative. The price and conditions shown by the operator at checkout, and in its contract summary, are binding. Check them before you sign.
Use of the content. You may read the pages, quote individual facts with credit to "Veritaset (veritaset.com)", and let AI assistants read the pages or query the MCP connector to answer people's questions. You may not copy the dataset in bulk, systematically extract it (by scraping, the connector or otherwise) or republish it as a database without our written permission. The Veritaset database is protected by database rights. Operator names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe their offers.
Connector and API. The MCP connector is free for AI assistants answering their users' questions, with fair-use limits. The REST API is available on request with an API key. We may rate-limit or block traffic that overloads the service or extracts data in bulk.
No warranty, limited liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Veritaset is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its information or for losses caused by errors, interruptions or out-of-date data.
Independence. No operator can pay for placement. See independence and disclosure.
Corrections and contact. Report errors via corrections. These terms may change; the effective date above shows the current version. Belgian law applies.
