How we picked
We compared 237 mobile plans from 30 operators in the United States, each at the price the operator states on its own website. 80 of them meet this need. No operator pays for a place.
- Unlimited data only. Data that never runs at 1 Mbit/s or more does not count as unlimited.
- 100 call minutes a month, no SMS requirement, no trips abroad.
- Any contract length. A contract or a prepaid term longer than 12 months is averaged over its whole length.
- Average monthly cost over 12 months, or over the minimum contract if longer, including promotions, one-off fees and calls or SMS beyond the bundle at the operator's own rate; each row's assumptions are shown, as defined in the method.
collected by hand Collected by hand: where an operator's website refuses automated reading, or a page cannot be read automatically, a person collected the prices from the operator's own website in a normal browser. We never work around a block.
Compare all 237 plans side by side on the country page: the United States. Rank plans for your own use: personal ranking.
Prices are indicative; the operator's own checkout price, with your state's taxes and fees, is binding.
